Finally another update

It has been a really long time since I have updated the blog. I just need to do better I guess. But a lot has happened since the last posting. Bret has graduated and has now started a job. He just loves it, and we love to have some income coming in. He recently had a birthday and I tried to make a cake that he would appreciate with being a physical therapist. I looked an internet and got a good idea on what I wanted to do. It was pretty fun to make. It took quite a little while, but I think it turned out cut

Allison and Paysonn are doing great and just fill our lives with laughter and lots of other stuff as well I guess. This Halloween they were both butterflies. They loved the wings and the Tu tu and especially going trick-or-treating. We had a lot of fun.

I am doing well. Just doing piano lessons, and trying to do so crafts. The more I get into crafts the more I love it, but also get a little frustrated. Me and my mom recently ran a race. I ran my first marathon and she ran her first 5k. I think we both surprised ourselves. It was so fun to go and do that with her. We had a great time. We are excited to go to Idaho for Thanksgiving and have family come here for Christmas. I hope we are able to get everything ready for this crazy time of year.

Here are a couple recent pictures and of the girls.

Just a quick Update

So It has been a little while since I have done this. I am really not good at keeping an update on the computer about our family. I guess I just need to try harder. We have been pretty busy so I guess that will be my excuse. As far as our family goes we really enjoyed Easter. Alli really got into it this year and loved the little Easter Egg hunt in the living room. She just was so surprise and just amazed that with each egg she opened there was a surprise. It was so fun to watch her. She is so funny now. Yep she has her fits, but she is just fun. Payson is doing great as well. She is crawling now, and has 6 teeth. She is so cute. Her little smile just lightens up the room. She is in the 90th percentile for height, yeah she may be a basketball player, but the flip side is she is also in the 90th percentile for weight, so maybe she will stick to football or sumo wrestling:). She is just a doll. Bret is almost done with school, which we are so excited about. He is just looking for a job now. We have had interviews in Seattle, Boston, upstate, New York, and hopefully here too. So far I think we are leaning towards staying in washington. We just love it here. I am doing well myself. Just keeping myself busy with piano lessons, kids, and running. I am currently working on a quilt for Alli's bed, which is a whole other story, and also on some scrapbooking for Payson. I don't know if I will ever be all the way caught up with that, but you have to start some where I guess.

Above is a picture of Allison with her princess costume on that she got for Christmas, Payson's nine month pictures, Easter Egg fun, and me and Bret in Boston trying our first canoli's (Yep they were amazing)

We have finally updated the blog. Sorry it has taken us forever to do so. It has been a little crazy around the house with our little new addition. We love having her here though, but we are a little more busy. Oh sorry also about the block on all of your comments. I misunderstood the computer when we put the block on. Yeah computers are confusing to me, but took the block off hopefully and now you are free to leave any comments. Let us know if it works.
We have a little curly sue on our hands. This Payson at 6 weeks. She is so fun. Her hair curls right up after the bath, we will have to see what it does when it grows out.

The Fourth of July was really fun. Just low key, the way we like it. We went to a parade and then a BBQ and later watched the fireworks. It was a great day. Here I am just explaining to Doug how to work the camer. Well, he figured it out.

It has been a little warm lately here. We took Alli out to play in the sprinklers for the first time. She loved it. Even though she was shivering most of the time she always wanted someone to run her through the water.

Don't you just love matching outfits. This was the girl's Father's Day present. Bret won't admit it but I think he likes little cutsie things like this. We love you daddy.

We loved having both Grandmas come and stay with us when Payson was born. They were such a big help and we are so grateful for all of their help. We couldn't have done it without them.

I love to put headbands in Payson's hair. They are just cute, anyway, sometimes they are too big and don't stay on just right. Often times we find her like this. She is our little warrior. I guess she likes to use them for a sleeping mask.

Happy Easter

We wanted to do an Easter Egg Hunt with Alli this year. We were planning on doing one outside with all the wards that go to our church, but it turned out to be a little rainy. So we took matter into our own hands and hid some eggs just in the front room so Alli could look for them. We thought that she would really like it. She refused at first and so Daddy got a brought idea on how to get her to participate. One we got her into the front room, I think she thought it was clean up time, but when she saw there was candy in the eggs it made up for everything. Now she will be experienced for next year.

Alli just loves to look out the window and see the animals. Really the only animals that we see around here are cats, dogs, and birds, but whenever she sees them she goes just crazy. The animals usually runaway after her shrill screams, but it is sure fun to watch. She will be 2 in May. She has started the whole fit throwing thing, but she is such a joy she really makes us laugh.

IT IS A GIRL!!!!!
As you can probably tell by the Vegas pictures that I have myself a little belly. Not it is not a tumor or anything. We are actually having another baby for you that don't know. Anyway, I am almost 7 months along, so we have the tough part yet to come, but we are so excited to have another girl around. Good luck to me on hair thing and girly things Right?
